We invite food vendors, artisans, and cultural organizations to join us at the Atlanta Halal Food Fest 2025 on July 19th! This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your delicious halal offerings and connect with a diverse and enthusiastic audience.

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR VENDOR REGISTRATION:

• A 10x10 ft booth space with access to event facilities
• Listing on our event website and promotional materials
• One vendor parking pass (additional parking passes available for $10)
• Access to a large audience of food lovers, families, and cultural enthusiasts
• Vendor-specific event logistics and support

IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES:

• ⁠Early Bird Registration Deadline: March 31, 2025
• Vendor Registration Deadline: June 30, 2025
• ⁠Event Date: July 19, 2025

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

• All food items must be halal.
• Vendors must comply with all city and health regulations.
• Vendors are responsible for their own permits, licenses, and insurance (if required).
• Booth setup is from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM on the day of the event. All vendors must be ready by the 11:00 AM opening.
• Breakdown time is from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Please do not begin to break down your booth before the event concludes.
